🫖Volunteer Tea
On Friday, we are hosting our Volunteer Tea. This is our special way to say "thank you" to the wonderful families who give their time and energy to our school.
Check those backpacks! Students will be bringing home official invitations for those who have volunteered throughout the year. We truly appreciate your support and hope to see you there so we can show our gratitude in person.

🕺 6th ans 7th Grade '70s Dance

Have a wonderful week!

🎉 End of the Year Celebrations
The end of the school year is approaching fast! You will soon begin hearing from teachers regarding end-of-year trips and classroom celebrations.
To ensure you can join in the fun, please take note of our Volunteer Requirements:
  • Volunteer Packet: If you would like to participate as a volunteer in any celebrations (on or off campus), you must submit your volunteer packet. Please do this soon; you will not be allowed on campus or to go on field trips without an approved application.
  • Fingerprinting: Field trip volunteers are required to be fingerprinted.
  • Already fingerprinted? Wonderful! You don't need to do it again, but you still need to submit a fresh volunteer application for this year.
Pro Tip: Don't wait! Clearance can take time, so submit your paperwork soon to ensure you don't miss out on the end-of-year festivities.
Absences
If your student is absent, please report it to the office within three days, otherwise they are considered truant. You can report your student's absence by:
  • Google Voice TEXT ONLY (805) 769-4596
  • Emailing: gb-attendance@pasoschools.org
  • Calling our Office at (805)769-1200

Student Pick Up
Please ensure that you ALWAYS bring your ID in when checking out a student. If someone other than a parent will be picking up the student, please call ahead to inform us. Please make sure the designated person brings their ID and is listed in Aeries contact list prior to arrival. Only individuals on the contact list will be allowed to pick up a student, and they must be 18 years or older. We will NOT call a student up before you arrive. Thank you for your cooperation

For auditing purposes, please ensure that the sign-out sheet is fully completed. Please read the sheet carefully and include the student's first and last name, grade, time, reason for leaving, and your signature.

Supporting Student Wellness

We are excited to share a new initiative to enhance mental health and wellness support for all students in the Paso Robles Joint Unified School District. Through the California Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI) Fee Schedule, our schools can now access additional funding to provide vital services—such as individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and stress management workshops—directly on campus. This program ensures that all students, regardless of insurance coverage or immigration status, can receive support at no out-of-pocket cost to families; there are no co-pays, no deductibles, and no impact on your insurance premiums. To help our district secure this state funding, we may ask you to provide your child's insurance information and a signed consent form. Please rest assured that your family's privacy is protected under strict FERPA and HIPAA laws, and choosing not to share insurance details will never prevent your child from receiving care. For more information, please visit: https://cybhi.slocoe.org/

Walk, Bike, Roll to School Day on May 6

May 6th is Walk, Bike, Roll to School Day! We invite all students to show off their style by decorating their bikes or scooters for our big day—whether it's streamers, stickers, or signs, let your creativity shine as we roll to school together. Just remember that safety is the top priority, so be sure to wear your helmet and keep it fastened tight for the ride! If you live too far away to commute by foot or pedals, you can still participate by parking a few blocks down the street and walking the rest of the way with your child. It’s a great way to ensure everyone gets some morning movement and enjoys the community spirit before the school bell rings!

Elementary Athletics- Flag Football

Flag Football Announcement
