Dear Tiger Families,

Welcome to the new school year! We hope you are enjoying a wonderful summer. It is an exciting time for Georgia Brown as we transition and expand into a TK-8 Dual Immersion school. Everything we do is anchored in the Three Pillars of Dual Langauge Education:

• Bilingualism & Biliteracy: High-level communication in English and Spanish.
• High Academic Achievement: Rigorous expectations aligned with CA State Standards.
• Sociocultural Competence: Cross-cultural empathy, character development, and global citizenship.

As we prepare for the new school year, please note these key dates:

• August 3: Parent Data Confirmation (PDC) opens in Aeries.
• August 10: Class assignments posted on ParentSquare.
• August 12 (5:00–6:00 PM): Meet the Teacher Event.
• August 12 (6:00–6:30 PM): Title I Parent Meeting & Q&A.
• August 13: First Day of School! Instruction begins promptly at 8:00 AM.

Please complete your Parent Data Confirmation in Aeries between August 3^rd and August 10^th. This must be completed annually for every student. Help us reach our goal of 100% completion!
